Hanging Drying Room (Starlight Series)

1.Description

The Starlight Series is a leading industrial hot-air convection drying room, specifically developed for hanging items. Advanced at home and abroad, it features a top-to-bottom heat circulation design, allowing recirculated hot air to ensure even heating. It rapidly raises temperatures to facilitate quick dehydration, with automatic temperature and humidity control. Equipped with a waste heat recovery system, it greatly reduces energy consumption during operation. This series holds 1 national invention patent and 3 utility model patents.

2.Advantages

1.The control system features PLC programming and an LCD touch screen, allowing up to 10 segments of temperature and humidity settings. Parameters can be adjusted based on the properties of the materials, ensuring the drying process remains unaffected by external factors and guaranteeing excellent color and high quality of the finished product.

2.One-button start enables unattended automated operation. The machine stops automatically after completing the set drying program. An optional remote control system and mobile app monitoring are available.

3.Top and bottom hot-air circulation heating ensures uniform heating of all items in the drying room, avoiding uneven temperatures and eliminating mid-process adjustments.

4.The circulation fan uses a high-temperature resistant, high-airflow, long-life axial fan, ensuring sufficient heat and rapid temperature rise.

5.Various heat sources are supported, including air heat pumps, natural gas, steam, electricity, biomass pellets, coal, firewood, diesel, hot water, thermal oil, methanol, gasoline, etc., depending on local conditions.

6.The modular drying room consists of a hot air generator, drying room, and drying pushcart. With low transport cost and easy installation, it can be assembled by two people in one day.

7.The shells of the hot air generator and drying room are made of high-density fire-resistant insulation cotton with sprayed or stainless steel sheet, combining beauty and durability.

8.The integrated hot air generator has a built-in hydrophilic aluminum foil waste heat recovery device to recover heat from moisture, reducing energy consumption. It saves over 50% energy compared to direct exhaust drying rooms.
