1.Description

Our company has developed the Red-Fire Series drying room, highly acclaimed at home and abroad. Designed for tray-type drying, it features a unique periodic left-right alternating hot air circulation system. The hot air circulates to ensure even heating and rapid dehydration. Automatic temperature and humidity control further reduces energy consumption. This product holds a utility model patent.

2.Advantages

1.The control system features PLC programming and an LCD touch screen,allowing up to 10 segments of temperature and humidity settings. Parameters can be adjusted based on the properties of the materials, ensuring the drying process remains unaffected by external factors and guaranteeing excellent color and high quality of the finished product.
2.One-button start enables unattended automated operation. The machine stops automatically after completing the set drying program. An optional remote control system and mobile app monitoring are available.
3.Periodic left-right alternating hot air circulation ensures uniform heating of all items in the drying room, avoiding uneven temperatures and mid-process adjustments.
4.The circulation fan adopts a high-temperature resistant, high-airflow, long-life axial fan, ensuring sufficient heat and rapid temperature rise.
5.Various heat sources are supported, including air heat pumps, natural gas, steam, electricity, biomass pellets, coal, firewood, diesel, hot water, thermal oil, methanol, gasoline, etc., depending on local conditions.
6.The modular drying room consists of a hot air generator, drying room, and drying pushcart. With low transport cost and easy installation, it can be assembled by two people in one day.
7.The shells of the hot air generator and drying room are made of high-density fire-resistant insulation cotton with sprayed or stainless steel sheet, combining beauty and durability.
