The HH series electric heater drying room adopts a left-right bidirectional hot air circulation structure. The electric heater converts electric energy into heat energy to heat the air inside the chamber.
Driven by the circulation fan, hot air flows horizontally through the tray drying trucks in clockwise or counterclockwise directions, ensuring even heat distribution and efficient moisture removal from materials. After heat exchange, the humid air is partially discharged through the moisture discharge device, while fresh air is supplemented from the fresh air inlet to maintain stable drying conditions.
The intelligent control system can automatically adjust temperature, humidity, airflow direction and moisture discharge frequency, which guarantees uniform drying quality, stable operation and precise temperature control.
