The XG series drying room adopts a top air outlet and bottom air inlet hot air circulation structure. The electric heater provides a stable heat source, and the generated hot air is evenly circulated throughout the drying chamber under the action of the circulating fan.
The hot air enters from the top air outlet and flows downward through the material truck, ensuring sufficient heat exchange and uniform moisture removal. After passing through the materials, the air returns through the lower circulation channel to form an efficient closed-loop drying process.
During operation, the moisture discharge device automatically removes humid air, while the fresh wind valve regulates air exchange. The waste heat recovery device recovers residual heat to improve energy utilization efficiency. The intelligent control system guarantees uniform drying quality, stable operation, and reduced energy consumption.
