The XG series drying room adopts a top air outlet and bottom air inlet hot air circulation structure. Steam enters the heat exchanger through the steam inlet, transferring heat to circulating air to generate stable hot air for drying.
Driven by the circulating fan, heated air is delivered through the top air outlet and flows downward evenly through the material truck, providing efficient heat transfer and uniform moisture removal.
During the drying process, humid air is automatically discharged through the moisture discharge device, while condensate generated during heat exchange drains out via the condensate outlet. The waste heat recovery device improves energy utilization efficiency. The intelligent control system ensures stable drying performance, consistent product quality, and reduced energy consumption.
XG Series Drying Rooms are designed for drying various hanging-type materials and support multiple heat source options without limitations.
The series includes a range of standard models, while customized dimensions and configurations are also available to meet specific production requirements.
