The XG series drying room adopts a top air outlet and bottom air inlet hot air circulation structure. The biomass pellet burner provides a stable heat source, and the generated hot air is evenly circulated through the drying chamber by the induced draft fan and circulating fan.
The hot air flows through the material truck from top to bottom, fully contacting the materials for efficient heat transfer and moisture removal. During the drying process, humid air is automatically discharged through the moisture discharge device, while fresh air is supplied through the fresh wind valve to maintain proper humidity conditions inside the drying chamber.
The intelligent control system realizes intelligent control of temperature, airflow, and moisture exhaust. The system ensures uniform and stable drying performance while improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs.
XG Series Drying Rooms are designed for drying various hanging-type materials and support multiple heat source options without limitations.
