The XG series drying room adopts a top air outlet and bottom air inlet hot air circulation structure. The burner generates a stable heat source by burning natural gas, and the produced hot air is efficiently circulated throughout the drying chamber under the action of the circulating fan.
The hot air enters from the top air outlet and flows downward evenly through the material truck, providing sufficient heat transfer and moisture removal. After exchanging heat with the materials, the air returns through the lower circulation channel to form an efficient circulation process.
During drying, the moisture discharge device automatically removes humid air, while the fresh wind valve maintains proper air exchange. The waste heat recovery device recovers residual heat to improve thermal efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The intelligent control system ensures uniform, stable, and high-quality drying performance.
XG Series Drying Rooms are designed for drying various hanging-type materials and support multiple heat source options without limitations.
