The XG series drying room adopts a top air outlet and bottom air inlet hot air circulation structure. The air energy heat source provides stable hot air, which is delivered from the top air outlet and evenly passes downward through the material truck under the action of the circulating fan, achieving uniform heating and moisture removal from the materials.
During the drying process, humid air is partially discharged through the moisture discharge device, while residual heat is recovered by the waste heat recovery device to preheat fresh air, raising energy utilization efficiency. The intelligent control system automatically adjusts moisture discharge, fresh air supply, temperature and humidity to maintain a stable drying environment, guaranteeing consistent drying quality and greatly cutting energy consumption.
XG Series Drying Rooms are designed for drying various hanging-type materials and support multiple heat source options without limitations.
