The HH series air energy heat pump drying room adopts a left-right hot air circulation structure. The air energy heat pump system absorbs heat from the surrounding air and transfers it into the drying chamber through the heat exchanger.
Driven by the circulation fan, hot air flows horizontally through the drying racks from one side to the other, ensuring uniform heat distribution and efficient moisture removal from the materials. After heat exchange, the humid air is partially discharged through the moisture discharge device, while fresh air is supplied to maintain optimal drying conditions.
The intelligent control system automatically regulates temperature, humidity, airflow, and moisture discharge, ensuring uniform drying quality, stable operation, and energy-efficient performance.
HH Series Tray Drying Rooms are designed for drying various tray-type materials and support multiple heat source options without limitations.
The series includes a range of standard models, while customized dimensions and configurations are also available to meet specific production requirements.
