    Introduction

    1. Adopts advanced Danish-origin technology. It cuts power consumption by around 70% compared with competing products. Flame velocity: 4 m/s, flame temperature: 950°C. Well-suited for boiler retrofitting projects, featuring high thermal efficiency, simple installation and long service life.

    2. Combustion efficiency exceeds 95%. Optimized fire channel supports fast ignition. Unique boiling semi-gasification plus tangential swirling secondary-air design ensures full combustion.

    3. Intelligent control system with dual-frequency constant-temperature control. It supports multi-stage firing adjustment and comes with overheating protection.

    4. Slight positive-pressure combustion avoids flashback and flame-out to guarantee stable running.

    5. Thermal load adjustable from 30% to 120% of rated capacity, featuring fast response and quick startup.

    6. Suitable for 6–10 mm fuels including biomass pellets, rice husks, sawdust, peanut shells and wood shavings.

    7. Runs on eco-friendly renewable biomass fuel. Low-temperature staged combustion lowers NOₓ, SOₓ and dust emissions.

    8. Automatic feeding and ash removal for simple maintenance; only one operator is required for duty.

    9. Great operating-cost advantage. Its heating cost is much lower than electric, oil-fired and gas-fired heating systems.

    Working Schematic Diagram

    1. SL1 Series biomass hot blast furnace includes burner, screw feeder, combustion chamber, finned tube heat exchanger, fans and dust removal water tank.

    2. The gasification chamber works continuously at around 1000°C. Imported 1800°C high-temperature resistant materials extend service life. Multiple protections keep low shell temperature.

    3. Triple air distribution maintains furnace pressure at 5000–7000Pa. Stable flame can reach 1000°C to meet industrial drying requirements.

    4. Fuel enters combustion chamber for gasification. Hot air after heat exchange is delivered to drying equipment. Flue gas is purified before emission.
