    Introduction

With flame velocity of 4 m/s and flame temperature of 950°C, it fits boiler retrofitting. This automatic biomass furnace is energy-saving and eco-friendly, featuring high thermal efficiency, simple installation, easy operation and long service life.

    2. High efficiency and quick ignition. Streamlined fire channel brings zero ignition resistance. Adopting boiling semi-gasification combustion and tangential swirling secondary air, its combustion efficiency exceeds 95%.

    3. Intelligent control system with dual-frequency automatic constant temperature control. Adjustable firing levels and built-in overheating protection guarantee safe operation.

    4. Slight positive-pressure combustion prevents flashback and flameout for stable operation.

    5. Wide thermal load adjustment range. The load can be rapidly adjusted within 30%-120% of rated load for quick startup and sensitive response.

    6. Wide fuel adaptability. It supports 6–10mm fuels: biomass pellets, rice husks, peanut shells, sawdust, wood shavings and paper mill waste.

    7. Eco-friendly performance. Powered by renewable biomass fuel, low-temperature staged combustion reduces NOx, SOx and dust emissions to meet environmental standards.

    Working Schematic Diagram

    1. SL3 Series biomass particles combustion hot blast furnace consists of biomass pellet burner, combustion chamber, hot air outlet, fresh air inlet, return air inlet, induced draft fan, smoke exhaust pipe and dust removal water tank.

    2. The gasification chamber is the core component enduring continuous temperature around 1000°C. We adopt imported 1800°C ultra-high temperature resistant materials to extend service life. Multiple protection designs keep the equipment outer temperature close to ambient temperature.

    3. Triple air distribution structure maintains furnace pressure at 5000–7000Pa. Stable flame temperature can reach up to 1000°C to satisfy various industrial drying demands.

    4. Biomass fuel enters the combustion chamber for gasification combustion. Generated hot air is delivered to drying equipment. Flue gas is purified by dust removal system before emission.
