The air heat dryer applies the reverse Carnot cycle principle to extract heat from the air and transfer it into the drying room. The system consists of a finned evaporator, compressor, finned condenser, and expansion valve. The refrigerant continuously circulates through evaporation (absorbing external heat) → compression → condensation (releasing heat into the drying room) → throttling → evaporation, transferring heat from the low-temperature environment to the drying room. This model is equipped with built-in waste heat recovery modules.
During the drying process, the high-temperature heater automatically maintains the set drying temperature. For example, when the temperature is set at 70°C, the heater stops once the target temperature is reached and restarts when the temperature drops below the set value.
The dehumidification system is controlled by an internal timer relay, which adjusts the dehumidifying fan’s operating time according to drying conditions. For example, the fan can be programmed to run for 1 minute every 21 minutes. This timed control prevents unnecessary heat loss caused by excessive dehumidification when the moisture level inside the drying room is low.
