    Principle Introduction: The Air Source Heat Pump dryer works on the reverse Carnot cycle principle. It extracts heat from ambient air and transfers heat into the drying room. The main system components include a finned evaporator, compressor, finned condenser, and expansion valve. The refrigerant circulates continuously following this process: evaporation (absorbing external heat) → compression → condensation (releasing heat inside the drying room) → throttling → evaporation. It transfers heat from low‑temperature surroundings into the drying chamber. This unit comes with built‑in waste heat recovery modules. During drying operation, the high‑temperature heater automatically holds the preset drying temperature. For instance, if set to 70°C, the heater will shut off upon reaching target temperature and restart once temperature falls below the set point. Its dehumidification system is managed by an internal timer relay, which adjusts the working cycle of the dehumidifying fan based on real‑world drying conditions. As an example, the fan may run for 1 minute out of every 21‑minute cycle. This timing function avoids extra heat loss triggered by over‑dehumidification when moisture inside the drying room is low.
