1. ZL3 Series steam hot blast furnace consists of valve group for drainage, return air grille, steam valve group, dehumidification fan, electric air valve, waste heat recovery device, support, steam heat exchanger and outlet.
2. Low‑temperature air enters the unit through the electric air valve and return air grille. It firstly passes through the waste heat recovery device for pre‑heating.
3. Steam is fed into the steam heat exchanger via the steam valve group. Condensed water is discharged by the valve group for drainage.
4. Air is further heated by the steam heat exchanger. High‑temperature air flows out from the outlet for drying process.
5. The dehumidification fan discharges humid exhaust air out of the system.
6. Waste heat recovery device recycles residual heat from exhaust gas to improve overall energy‑saving performance.
