    Working Schematic Diagram

    1. DL1 Series electric hot blast furnace consists of fan, return air grille, electric air valve and electric heater.

    2. Low-temperature air enters the furnace through the electric air valve and is heated by the electric heater.

    3. The fan circulates and conveys generated high-temperature air to drying equipment.

    4. Partial hot air flows back into the furnace via the return air grille for cyclic utilization to lift thermal efficiency.

    5. The electric air valve realizes accurate air volume regulation and stable temperature control.

    6. It provides clean hot air with zero waste emission, suitable for industrial drying requiring high cleanliness.
