Working Schematic Diagram
1. DL3 Series electric hot blast furnace consists of return air grille, electric heater, air outlet, dehumidification fan, waste heat recovery device and electric air valve.
2. Air flows in through the return air grille, and the electric air valve adjusts intake volume.
3. Air passes through the electric heater and gets heated, then delivers hot air via the air outlet.
4. The waste heat recovery device re‑uses residual heat to lift overall energy efficiency.
5. The dehumidification fan discharges humid air out of the system.
6. It realizes hot‑air circulation, waste‑heat utilization and dehumidification for drying applications.
