Working Schematic Diagram
1. TL1 Series natural gas hot blast furnace consists of fan, return air grille, electric air valve, combustion chamber and natural gas burner.
2. Low‑temperature air enters through the electric air valve, and partial air returns via the return air grille.
3. The natural gas burner ignites inside the combustion chamber to generate heat.
4. The fan pushes air through the combustion chamber to form high‑temperature air.
5. Hot air is delivered outward for drying processes, with adjustable air intake for stable temperature output.
