1. TL3 Series natural gas hot blast furnace includes natural gas burner, moisture exhaust fan, combustion chamber, hot air outlet, waste heat recovery device, fresh air inlet and hot‑air return outlet.
2. Low‑temperature fresh air enters via the fresh air inlet and passes through the waste heat recovery device for pre‑heating.
3. The natural gas burner generates heat inside the combustion chamber.
4. Return hot air from the drying system mixes with heated air inside the unit.
5. High‑temperature air is delivered out from the hot air outlet for drying work.
6. The moisture exhaust fan discharges humid air, and waste heat recovery improves overall energy efficiency.
